As Covid-related restrictions are being relaxed, in person meetings are now authorized by the CNRS. We are therefore able to confirm that the thematic school will be held in person as planned.

A free bus shuttle will be organised from Nice (train station and airport) to Peyresq on sunday 19 and from Peyresq to Nice on friday 24.

It will pick up participants at Nice ville sncf station sunday 19th of September at 4.30 pm, in front of the station

It should then pass at Nice airport around 5 pm, at bus stop of terminal 1 (gare routiere) and we should arrive at Peyresq around 7-7.30 pm.

Friday 24, the shuttle will leave from Peyresq at 1.30 pm and should arrive at Nice airport around 3-3.30 pm and Nice train station around 4-4.30 pm.

The inscription fees raise to 400 euro for Ph.D students and 550 euro for Postdoc and senior researchers.

This sum covers lodgement and accomodation for the whole duration of the thematic school.

The payment of the participation fees will be realized through the website AZUR COLLOQUE (CNRS);the payment by bank card is compulsory for foreign participants; a payment through ``bon de commande'' is possible for french participants.

An invoice is automatically generated after payment bu bank card and sent to the email of the participant.

DUE TO THE COVID CONDITIONS, WE CLOSED THE ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT ON THE WEBSITE AZUR COLLOQUE ANTICIPATIVELY BECAUSE WE REACHED THE MAXIMAL ATTENDANCE IMPOSED BY COVID RELATED RESTRICTIONS.

Please note that we still will have to wear a mask inside the buildings and to respect safety rules. For foreign participants, do not forget that restrictions measures might hold concerning travels to France, depending on the departure country.

It can be very cold at this time of the year; do not forget to take warm clothes. Now, it can also be hot…do not forget summer clothes.
